The Games In-House Scotch Doubles league came to an end in early August after another grueling session. Tying for 1st place with a record of 74/120 were the teams of Felix & Geri who score a total of 1002 points during league just barely winning over the team of Roger & Susie who scored 991 points. Even though both teams won 74 games, the tie-breaker came down to points. This really has been a fun league and at the end of the league we had a Scotch Doubles Tournament where most all of the teams came to play to take one more shot at defeating their opponents. Once we started taking sign ups for the tournament, it was decided to do a blind-draw for partners. Once this was done, the tournament began and ending up taking the tourney was the team of Mike M and Rose, with Tiff and Felix taking 2nd.
